INGREDIENTS
Rooibos: rooibos tea has a high source of calcium and helps soothe digestion and stomach issues. Also known to help your body absorb iron.
Ginger: helps the process of digestion.
Peppermint: helps relieve gas and bloating, as well as diarrhea, and if drank before bedtime, will alleviate muscle tension, helping you sleep better.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.
